User Source

The User Source dashboard provides the trends of users and Customers registering to the EIPP portal using various sources.

The tiles on the dashboard display the following average metrics based on the selected time period.

• Total Customers Registered

• Total User Count

Widget 1 - Count of user via different sources

The Count of user via different sources widget displays a bar chart of the count of the users who have registered using different sources such as Agent Creation, User Management, Single Sign On, and Self-Registration.

Hovering over the series displays a tooltip of the registration category source and the respective count of Customers.

Widget 2 - Activities by Customers

The Activities by Customers widget displays the entire data considered for the computation of metrics in the dashboard for the selected time period. Click the download icon to export the data as a CSV file in your local system.

Out-of-the-Box Features

The Out-of-the-Box features and functionalities of the dashboard are as follows:

• Date Range - Filters data displayed in the dashboard as per the required date range.

• Kebab Menu - Click this icon to access options such as download, schedule, and mark the dashboard as favorite. For more details, refer to Using Kebab Menu Options.
